My friend Diane made a commitment to join Team in Training which is an organization whose mission is to find a cure for Leukemia, Lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and Myeloma. TNT not only funds research, they also support programs that improve the quality of life for patients and their families. These are pics of her team's training run of 12 miles this morning. Linda and I photographed them at 6am as they started off from Colonial Lake. She has set a goal to raise $4,500 and willl be running the Nike Women's Marathon in San Francisco on October 17th.
