Another full moon

It's hard to believe that the last time I photographed a full moon, just a month ago, I was on top of Lions Head, overlooking Cape Town, South Africa. Same moon rising, just a world away.

Lots going on in Charleston

This weekend is a busy one for the Charleston tourist industry - so many events going on all over the place; Folly Beach, Boone Hall, Old Village Mt. Pleasant, downtown. Definitely a popular Spring destination spot. I wanted to photograph Magnolia Plantation while the azaleas are in full bloom so that was my morning gig, and then the afternoon was spent with friends on the harbor admiring the skill and daring of the Blue Angels.

Planet Cape Town

Watching Idol this evening while playing a little in Photoshop. This is fun. This sphere "Planet Cape Town" was created from the 360 degree panorama below. Pretty cool, huh?

Back home already

I had the best of intentions and really meant to post more entries while in South Africa but the time went so fast and we were so busy. We covered a lot of ground in a two week period, and sometimes we had no internet access. Anyway, here are a couple more images of places we went.
